During the quarantine, I've been doing this magical breathing exercise. Only 10 minutes a day and it's changed my life. I reconnected my mind to my body. It's a natural "high" because you send oxygen to all your cells in 3 quick rounds of breathing and then holding your breath. It raises your natural immunity and lifts your mood by flushing toxins out your system!
